What a privilege it is that these three children call me mom. At times its a hard job, but so woth it. I love being a mom. I'm so in love with the bond that the boys are getting. Some of the things they come up with, really gets me thinking about the years when they're going to be 15 and 13, oh my! I feel so blessed to have two great sons, who love me unconditionally. Blessed to have been able to add a little girl into our combination. She's the sweetest, lovable, kissable, little girl. Loves to get right in with the boys and play. I just know that the pink colors, dresses, and pigtails will some day be replaced with, Bridger's hand-me-downs, trucks, and dirt. I'll take it. I love to see them play all day, learn new things throughout our days, their giggles and smiles, individual cuddle times. With that said, I feel very honored to be their "MOM" and wouldn't trade it for anything. What a blessing its been to have 3 babies!

Here is a mixture of pictures from the month of December. December was a fun month for us. With two birthday's and christmas. The boys were in their first christmas concert at our church. The boys got trapped in their room christmas morning, santa was busy decorating while we were all sleeping. The kids enjoyed seeing what santa left for them. And we're all enjoying Afi's magnifying glass thingy! We celebrated 2012 with pizza, pop, chips and dip, puppy chow, popcorn, and the movie "Smurfs". We had so much fun, even though we didn't ring in the New Year, it was blast. We are so excited to see what 2012 has to offer our family. May we be blessed this coming year!

This year we went to a Christmas tree farm to pick out our tree. It was great fun. Reminded me of old memories for myself, when we used to go to Grandpa B's and get our tree. It was so much fun. It was difficult trying to get Ryan, Braven, and I to decide on a tree, but we did, and its a beauty. Tonight the kids and I went to the annual Parade of lights in Eureka, and visited Santa. Bridger is missing in the picture because he was rather scared of Santa!

SNOW.

We woke up yesterday morning to enough snow to take the kids sledding. It was a lot of fun watching the boys enjoy the simplicity of snow. Its going to be a good winter.

A husband who loves to hunt.

Ryan was able to shoot this Elk this morning. The boys were jumping in excitement, when they heard that daddy got an Elk. Thankful that Ryan was able to provide some meat for our family for the winter and thankful for his love of hunting. Thankful for two little boys who will follow in their daddy's footprints, as they loved getting their hands bloody today, just like daddy!

I'm starting a big project.....cleaning off our camera chips with 6 months worth of pictures. So it brought me to this.......I'm thankful for my parents, that they have been married for many years, they have celebrated many birthdays together, and their love for each other.

I'm thankful for an Afi for my children, so very thankful that God has given my dad the opportunity to SEE his grandchildren.

I was looking through our several thousand pictures on our camera, and found these pictures. These were taking this summer, and it was a blast as you can probably see from the photo's. There was friendship, bonding, laughter, love, and peace. It was so much fun seeing everyone, old and young, climb the big hills of sand. Its a memory I'll always remember, and hope my kids do too. And also hope to make it a tradition every time we're back in "Good Ol' North Dakota"!

Halloween is always a fun holiday. We did some several pumpkin carvings through the month of October. Took the kids Trick-or-Treating to a few houses, and then we went to a little Halloween party. It was fun, and then kids enjoyed themselves.

We are in the middle of sort potty training. I guess its more like Bridger is potty training himself. I'm hoping we can really start potty training hard soon. He's sick of diapers, and I'm sick of buying them. Ready to only have 1 baby in diapers. He's adjusting nicely to hanging out with mommy on preschool days. He gets pretty hyper when its just us, cause usually Berlyn naps through most of the preschool time. He's adjusting nicely, although, he often asks where Braven is. And the first day we left Braven, we loaded back up in the car, and he quietly cried in the back seat. This little man keeps me on my feet, and brings such happiness to my life!

First day of preschool! Priceless! Brave started attending a private preschool last week, as that was our only option in Eureka. I was trying my best to do alittle preschool at our house, but just don't have the interest. He is doing half days, twice a week, and LOVING it! Its been a huge adjustment, for me. I feel very empty and my heart aches for Braven every minute he is gone. Its nice to have this time with the two younger ones, and get my cleaning/housework done, but I can't get him off my mind. He's never been away from me, in almost 4 years. It's very sad for me to think about how fast the past 4 years have gone, but yet excited for the future years that we will have together. I'm excited for pre-school next year, soccer, and hopefully more sports for him to participate in. Braven brings such joy to my life, I hope I'm being the mother he was ment to have!

This sure was alittle more difficult than past months. Its great seeing Berlyn change month to month. She loves saying Bye-Bye, loves giving hugs, has now started "Army Crawling", loves sitting/standing several times on command, is getting 4 new teeth, reminds me so much of Braven at this age, and is a great blessing in my life!

These days I find my life crazy busy, but in an awesome way. This is a start of getting caught up with my pictures, and my absence from blogging/sharing our pictures. My life is crazy busy with an almost 4 year old, almost 2 year old, and almost 1 year old!:( I wouldn't change a thing in my life, except for maybe to have time slow down. For me to get several extra days, to keep my children at the age they are at. But, its impossible, so I just soak up everything that I can. I love finding my almost 2 year old, driving his train in my fridge, or being Braven's soccer mom, or being up during the night with Berlyn. I love it all!

I feel as thought this sticker should be a 1 instead of an 8. Berlyn is getting so big, its amazing how fast 8 months can go. She brings such joy and happiness to my life. She currently has three teeth, and one more is almost through. I think she's also working on two more too. She love to clap and shake her head "NO". Also, she loves to say "YEA"! She has started getting up on her knees alittle, and i've told her that there is no hurry for that.. I'm happy with her being a rolling machine.

Ryan and I celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary July 28th. We were able to get away the other night for a date night, celebrating 5 years of marriage. We both thought it was great, just being able to eat and drink, and not have to worry about little bodies, fingers, toes, or anything little. It was a nice time to spend with eachother, reminding us that even though we're super busy with three little children, being mommy and daddy, we're also husband and wife!

6 months...... hard to believe how fast time passes us by. Berlyn weighs close to 15lbs. She has her 6 month check up next week. She is rolling all over the living room floor, and starting to get up on her knees! She still only has two teeth on the bottom, but I believe she is cutting some more. She is still struggling with sleeping at night, she's up every 2hrs! Its gotta be coming soon, right? But, for now I try my very best to soak up all the love this sweet 6 month old has to offer.

Where does the time go? Does not seem like 5 months have passed since this sweet baby girl came into this world. Berlyn has almost cut one tooth, and the second one is coming in also. She seems to be alittle more fussy, but nothing major. She still isn't a big fan of starting cereal, so for now, she's enjoying nursing! She loves talking, chewing on her fingers, and has a horrible "fake" cough, loves to smilie, and has rolled over from back to stomach. She is getting better at sleeping at night, currently she is up twice a night.

Berlyn is growing like a weed. She is really starting to talk and is discovering her hands. Loves to listen to the boys and watch them play. She is weighing in at around 11lbs. Still alittle peanut.The boys have been enjoying the nice spring weather alittle. We're all trying to get over our spring colds. Bridger loves to play outside, but isn't a big fan of having to come in. Yesterday, Braven had Ryan and I running down our hill, yelling, "Woooooooo, this is fun!" I remember moving to our new place last fall, and Braven had so much fun outside. Bridger was still alitte to young to enjoy the outdoors. As Ryan and I were running down the hill with Braven, it reminded me of how thankful we are for our home and the surroundings. I have always wanted my children to have a place to explore and play. I look back to 5 years ago, and we weren't thinking of children in our future, Ryan and I just wanted to work. I'm so glad that I'm not in control of my life. My life is great with my husband and three beautiful children.

These beautiful quilts were made for our 3 children, by our friend Betty. I remember receiving this quilt at my baby shower for Braven. I fell in love with it. I remember thinking about a quilt when we were expecting Bridger. And then, I just knew we would get one for Berlyn. These are such special quilts for our children. Happy March 1st. We have gotten alot of snow over the last week, so we've been enjoying that, but very anxious for spring. The kids are getting a ride on jeep and a swingset for the summer, so we're waiting for their arrivals. We are so excited to get outside and run around our yard.

Berlyn at 2 months, is 9lbs. 8oz, and 22 inches. She is smiling, laughing, giggling, cooing, and loves watching her brothers run around the house. A feel saddness as the time is just passing us by, but very blessed that we have a healthy baby, who is growing every day! She continues to be a good baby. I love being a mommy to this little girl!

The joy this little girl brings to my life is priceless. She loves wearing pink, and also enjoys wearing headbands. She is pushing the scale at almost 10lbs, and is growing every day. I wish I could freeze this time in our lives, just for a short while. But, we are very thankful that we have this time with our children, and get to watch them grow every day, and learn new things.

1 Month old. WOW! Where does the time go? Berlyn is such a good baby. She reminds me alot like Braven when he was a baby. Berlyn is growing like a weed. She weighs 8lbs. 13oz. She is starting to out grow some of her 0-3 clothes. She is starting to smile and make cooing sounds. Sleeps about 3-4hrs at night. We don't have a schedule yet, hopefully that'll come soon. She loves watching her brothers run around the living room, and also loves to sit and listen to all the chaos in our household. The boys are still in love with her, love to hold her, and are starting to talk to her. They both are a big help with bringing me clothes, diapers, and the pacifier. I have enjoyed this first month with Berlyn, and continue to soak in all the baby love, as she is growing too fast. Berlyn has been such a great addition to our family, and we are so thankful for a happy and healthy baby girl to complete our family.

Where do the years go? 2010 has been a great year for our family. Just 3 short months after having Bridger in 2009, we found out we were expecting again. And this is what we got...

A beautiful baby girl to add to our family.

In September we purchased our first house. We are enjoying being homeowners, and so excited to have a place that is ours, and for the kids to have a huge yard and woods to play.
Its funny how our New Years celebrations have change for now. We had a little party with pizza and sparkling apple cider for the kids, and we enjoyed puppy chow later in th evening. So worth it.
And he says..."Boys don't like PINK"We are so thankful for 3 healthy children, and for our health as well. We have been blessed in 2010, and had a great year. 2010 was good to us. We started the year off with a new baby, Bridger. Ryan had the chance to go for some training the beginning of the year. The boys and I went back to ND for two months, we found out we were expecting again, we did a family vacation to Spokanne, my parents came to visit in June, Shelby stayed for a month, Ryan's parents came in September and Aunty Amber, my dad came in September, Ryan and I both did training in Great Falls for our jobs in September, October Ryan turned the big 29, November Bridger turned the Big 1, December Braven turned the Big 3, and we ended the year with a baby girl. Thank you 2010 for all that you have given us. We look forward to what 2011 has to offer.

A whole week has already come and gone. It makes me sad to think of how fast time passes us by, but very thankful for this time that I have with my 3 beautiful children. Berlyn has been a great addition to our family. We all are enjoying her so much. At first we thought she looked alot like Bridger, but I'm seeing more of Braven in her now. Berlyn and I are enjoying all the pink. The boys on the other hand, they tell me that boys don't like pink! Ryan and I are BUSY, and alittle SLEEP deprived, but so worth it, as this phase of our life will pass us ever so fast.

This was taken on Thanksgiving.
These are our first baby gifts, given by my parents. With these outfits, came a very nice card. It read something like this......That God does wonderful things to us and in our lives, but his speciality is BABIES! I have felt very blessed with each one of my pregnancies, to have the ability to get pregnant, to have the ability to grow healthy babies, and to carry them to term. We are getting very anxious to know the sex of the baby, what it looks like, and its personality. I'm very grateful for what God has given me in my life. Boy or Girl, just happy to have 3 healthy babies and a husband!

Braven has been enjoying his hunting trips with dad, I think he's up to #4 now. He loves it. He usually gets a snack in the car, hunts for awhile, falls asleep, and comes home to having supper pretty late. Braven tells me a story about dad shooting at something, but missed, and Ryan seems to tell a different story. So I'm not sure who to believe. So far no luck on Elk, Bear, or deer, but there are still a few more week to hunt.

Here it is..........27 weeks............Any thoughts of what it might be???? I've had a very strong feeling its another little boy, and was told yesterday by a nurse at the local nursing home, its for sure a boy.....so I guess we'll wait and see. I am getting anxious, but i'm going with my gut feeling......BOY oh BOY!!!

After Ryan and I were gone last week for some training for our jobs, we came home to a baby that is starting to take steps.......Thanks to Afi. Anyways, he's enjoying learning how to balance and take steps. I think he's up to about 5-7 steps between us when we have him walk. This is a picture of Bridger walking to Braven.

Ryan and Braven were in an accident yesterday on the way to Kalispell. As you can see, it happened on the driver side of the pickup, Thank God! They ended up doing a 180 on the highway, and Thank God the on coming car was able to stop.

what this precious little baby is, a boy or girl? How will it fit into our family? Will I have enough room on my lap for 3 babies? Will I have enough love and kisses to share among 3 babies? I wonder........... This ultrasound picture was taken the first week of August. I was 21 weeks, and baby is perfect. We're getting excited to meet this little suprise. I am currently 23 weeks and 2 days and feeling fine.

Afi "Abi" comes to visit us in Montana

As you can tell by the pictures below, Braven was very excited to see "Abi". It was a short 10 days, but very fortunate that my kids were able to spend 10 more days with "Abi". He gave rides around the living room, they went farming, played in the sandbox, and enjoyed themselves at the lake. We did a quick trip to Kalispell, and checked out the fish pond. I enjoyed the time as well, as "Abi" did all the cooking and the dishes, so it was a very nice break for me. We're missing having Shelby around to help us out. It was a nice visit. I thought the boys would be bored, but I think they're doing just fine with just Mommy to play with. We're looking forward to Daddy's return on Sunday!

Just 8 months ago, we welcomed Bridger Laine into this world. And look at him now. He is a very healthy chubby baby boy. He is now eating 3 meals a day, and loves his baby food. Is still taking about 3 bottles a day. He still "Army" crawls, and gets everywhere and into everything. He prefers to stand, with the assistance of mom. He is trying hard to pull himself up on everything. He is working on his 4th tooth on the bottom, and has 2 on top.

We spent 8hrs at the spokane River Front Park. It was so much fun. They had rides for the kids, ducks to feed or watch, we did the Imax theater, did a Gondala Ride over the water falls. Went swimming in the hotel, which was a big hit by the boys. They love to swim. Braven enjoyed the airplane ride, train ride, bouncy houses, and even went on a few bigger rides with daddy and Shelby, and loved it. It was a fun time, and we were very thankful that we had the ability to take a summer vacation this year. We made great memories, and had a blast.

Circus comes to Eureka Montana

The circus came to Eureka 7/7/10, so the kids and I just had to go. It was a very hot 88+ degrees, but we enjoyed ourselves. The kids did pony rides, and got snow cones, and cotton candy. Also, got their faces painted. It was great. I love the age that Braven is at, he was clapping and so excited to go to the circus. And he sat through the whole 2 hour show, and enjoyed every minute of it. We wish daddy could have been there with us.

Happy 4th of July! It was a cold one this year. The kids and I went to Kalispell on Saturday to the parade, ran to walmart, did McDonalds so the kids could eat and play, and then end the day in Whitefish, were the kids got their faces painted, and we headed home. Sunday we grilled out for lunch, did some fireworks for the kids. We probably went through about 25 boxes of the "pop its" and about 6 packages of smoke balls. We then went for a picnic, and stayed for the fireworks show. It was a cold but good 4th. The boys got cute matching 4th shirts from Aunty Amber, and wore them on Saturday to the parade, but was you can see in the pictures, they had to have sweatshirts on. And Sunday, it was even colder, so they weren't able to wear them. Hopefully it will warm up so I can get a picture of them outside. We've had our heat on this weekend, its been COLD!

Spokane Bound! We went this weekend on a family trip to Spokane. We took in the CateTales Zoo. They had many different cats, lions, and Bears. We then went on to the hotel went swimming. Ryan and I agreed that both boys are like fish, and love to swim. We then went for Pizza, and a movie. Toy Story 3 was a big hit by everyone. Braven sat in his seat, and ate popcorn, drank his pop, and enjoyed some Mike and Ike candy. He last through the whole movie, til the last 20 minutes. Bridger was a good trooper too. He just sat on my lap and watched the movie, and slept the last 45 minutes. Then we went back for more swimming. More to come....

Father's Day 2010

It all starts with us two. While dating Ryan for 7 years before getting married, I never thought all that hard about us being parents. Well, three babies later, and he's the best dad I could ask for. I get enjoyment and happiness seeing Ryan interact with the boys. He just turns into a kid himself. He knows how to make all the truck and car noises, that I can't make. He enjoys getting in Braven's sandbox, and playing right along with him. And at the beach last week, he was down in the sand, digging a big hole with a bridge. He loves it just as much as the boys do. And most times he's out in the garage, probably trying to get alone time while working on things, he's got Braven right by his side. And eventually will have Bridger, and of course the third Baby. Braven just loves to come inside and tell me what he learned while out in the garage with daddy. Ryan is a wonderful father to our children, and I couldn't ask for anything better. So glad to be sharing this life with him and our children.

We went out for lunch on Father's Day, and the boys were so good. Bridger just played and enjoyed a french fry, and Braven just sat patiently waiting for his food. And once it came, he ate the entire grilled cheese and his fries.

This is Braven at 8:30am on Father's day, making a cake for Ryan. Since it was his special day, he needed a cake with candles. All that was Bravens idea. So cute how his little brain is working.

I finally made it to a midwife appt. today. I received a huge hug from the midwife, as they are both so excited for me. I got to listen to the heartbeat, which was 152 beats. My due date is December 17th. The midwife did say that I'm at higher risk of pre-term labor, due to having these babies close together. She also said that usually you have problems with high blood pressure in your first pregnancy, and the others are fine. We have decided to keep baby #3 a suprise, until December 17th. No matter what baby #3 is, its going to be such a blessing to our family.

Big Changes.....For Big BOYS!

You Got It! Braven is potty trained! It was pretty easy for the most part. We started last Sunday, he got up, was dry, and went into big boy underwear. I took him to the bathroom every 20 minutes. Had acouple accidents, nothing major. Day 2 we went every 30 minutes, and by Day 3 he was telling me when he had to PEE! So its going good. As for Bridger, he's changing everyday, and cutting more teeth, which make him very crabby. He's sleeping better at night, just getting up once during the night. We're waiting for the night that he starts sleeping though the night, which hopefully comes before baby #3. Ryan continues to work all the time. And i've been busy this month with my job, so Ryan's had to be on babysitting duty during the evenings. We're getting ready for Amma, Afi, and Shelby to come visit us this week. And excited that Shelby will be spending the summer with us. We recently started skyping with family. Braven loves it. I think his favorite thing was skyping with Grandma and Grandpa's kitty.

Mother's Day 2010

We did alittle art for Mother's Day. We went to an art studio on Whitefish and decorated a tile. Braven had so much fun, and it was interesting getting Bridger's handprint on the tile. But, all in all, it was a great time. We went into Kalispell to do alittle shopping. One of the sports stores has a pond outside. So we enjoyed watching and feeding the fish.

Braven and Ryan went fishing at a local pond, and Braven caught a rainbow trout, on his Mickey Mouse fishing pole!!!! He was very excited and had lots of fun, but is scared of the fish. Also, got rather upset when Ryan cut it up, and put it in the fridge. It was a great bonding time for the two boys, so happy they could spend time together. Meanwhile, Bridger and I stayed behind to cleanhouse, and do laundry, but not too much got done. I spent most of my time spoiling Bridger.

Don't know too much information yet, except that we're expecting another baby around Christmas. We were shocked. Even though this baby wasn't asked for, prayed about, hoped for; after going through all stages possible since we just had a baby. Shock, upset, anger, worried, scared, denial, OMG! We have another blessing growing as we speak, and Ryan and I are just rolling with it. We're slowly getting excited. We told our friends this weekend, we went over to their house for a picnic, and he says, "Oh yeah, by the way, Congratulations." Ryan and I just looked at each other, looked at him, and said, "Yeah, um yeah, um, thank you." We're still in shock. I guess i've looked on the side that, I'm glad we don't have any infertility problems, right? My midwife told me that 75% of pregnancies aren't planned, so we fall in that catagory. Anyways, its exciting, its a baby, and we're becoming parents again towards the end of the year. So I guess thats 3 babies in 3 years. God has a plan for everyone, right? So i'm guessing this was his plan.

I have celebrated 26 birthdays, I am so blessed. As I watched the new last night, and hear a 21 and 23 year old, ran off the road, and died. Or the little boy who was burned so bad in bath water. The 21 and 23 year old will never reach their 26th birthday. The little boy, does his birthday get acknowledged? Does he have birthday parties? This is why I am so blessed to be celebrating my 26th birthday. This is the day my mom gave birth to me. There is nothing in the world better than that. I was very fortunate to be born to my mom, where birthdays are something we celebrate, and even though i'm celebrating my 26th birthday, she celebrates with me! I always had big birthday parties with my classmates and friends, and always had a family party too. Birthday's are wonderful. My mom told me today, that she was thinking this morning about the night I was born, 26 years ago. That even as the years pass, and I get older, this is a day she will never forget. I was a perfect baby, and have grown into such a perfect lady. Its nice I understand the feeling my mom gets every year its my birthday. Because I'm a mom too, and celebrating the day you gave birth to your child, is one of the greatest feelings in the world. Love you MOM! You are so blessed that God gave you me, and I'm just as blessed as God picked you to be my mom. I received this card in the mail over the weekend, and of course couldn't wait til my birthday to open it, and I now know why. I received this from my sister (inlaw) Amber. As you can see in the above picture, "Happy Birthday to a wonderful Sister". It brought tears to my eyes, that Amber thinks of my as her sister, and not just her sister-in-law. I'm very blessed for the family that I have through my marriage. I think I was considered part of the family shortly after everyone realized, Ryan and I were serious. I could not ask for a better sister, through my marriage. Amber stood up next to us on our wedding day, and believed and trusted in our wedding vows. She is the Godmother to our first son, Braven. And she is the best Aunty/Sister/Godmother a girl could ask for. My children are spoiled by Amber, and she loves doing it. After all, thats what a Aunty is for, when your nephew wants to go through the Burger King playland, but is still a tad too small to go alone, right!?! I am blessed to be called your sister!
I have celebrated 9 birthdays with Ryan. And every year, about a week before, I start wondering what my gift will be for that year. This year, I got these pink flowers, and a balloon. But of course, the boys got my balloon right away. I love roses, and love the color of pink. I'm so lucky to have Ryan to share in the day I was born. I'm blessed that God brought us together 10 years ago, and that we married, and have started our own family. I'm over joyed to have Ryan as my life partner, and happy to have many more birthdays to share together.

The boys and I made a trip to Kalispell by ourselves for the fist time. I was very nervous, but was in need of major baby supplies, and Ryan was working the day shift. So we were out the door by 9am. I was rather nervous, but shortly after arriving to Kalispell, I was reminded how well behaved my boys are, and how blessed I am to be their Mommy! We shopped at Target and Costco. And did lunch at Subway. We then headed to Whitefish to go to an Easter party at the Mall. The Easter Bunny was there, and lots of games for the kids to play. Once we were done playing the game, you either got candy, or a plastic egg, if one was available. Once our turn was done, the lady dropped an egg in the basket. Braven went for the candy, and I of course went for the egg. It had a number in it, and then we took it to the prize table, and Braven one a big Easter basket, pictured below. Then we headed home, Ryan made pizza for supper, and then we dyed Easter Eggs. This was a first for Braven, and he really enjoyed it. He can now say "Egg". Then we did baths, and both kids went to bed, anxiously waiting for the Easter bunny. Braven was up pretty early, because he knew the Easter bunny had come while he was sleeping. The thing that excited him the most, was the CANDY! So we had CANDY for breaskfast, yes I know, i'm a cool MOM! Then he looked for his eggs, which he enjoyed lots. It was a good Easter this year.

Amma and Afi bought a potty chair for Braven, in hopes he would start wanting to use the potty. We've got him to go acouple of times, but just isn't totally interested yet. Hopefully he will be more interested this summer.

3 Months Old

Seems like yesterday, this sweet baby boy came into our lives.

Bridger's milestones:

1. smiling, cooing, and laughing.

2. sleeping almost 5hrs for the first half of the night.

3. watching everyone move around the room, sees when someone walks into the room.

4. grabs onto his objects on his playgym.

5. getting very good head control.

6. very close to rolling over

7. nurses about every 2.5 to 3hrs.

The boys and I finally ventured out've the house on Thursday. We were not looking forward to the below zero temperatures. We have mostly been indoors, as its very cold. But, Braven does manage to have Afi take him outside everyday to play with the kitty. These are just random pictures that have been taken since getting to ND.

Well, I think we're headin' in the right direction. Braven went potty the other night. And Braven went PEE!

4 day weekend

Ryan had a four day weekend, this past weekend. We were able to get out and do somethings as a family. The weather has been nice, so we took in the river walk in Eureka, Oriental restaurant in Eureka, and headed to Kalispell on Saturday to do some general shopping.

Well Child Check up

Today Braven had his 2 year check up, and Bridger had his 2 month check up. The boys and I left early this morning and headed to Columbia Falls to see their Doctor. We just went there and back home. I told Braven that he had to go to the Doctor last night, he got pretty excited. Braven is 37 inches long(100th Percentil) and 32lbs (95th percentil)

Braven is very smart and healthy boy how is growing every day.

Bridger is 23inches (75th Percent) and 12lbs 6ozs. (75th Perecent)

He is a very healthy growing baby boy, who loves to eat!

2 MONTHS OLD

Bridger is 2 months old! WOW, where does the time go? Bridger is pictures below wearing one of his daddy's outfits when he was little. I waited too long to put it on him though, it was WAY too small. As you can see, he's starting to smile and also laugh. Although, everytime I go to get the video camera, he stops laughing and starts screaming. Although, i'm sure the Grandparents would enjoy hearing him scream, so maybe i'll work on getting a video of him either way, and post it on here. So Bridger still hasn't figured out the sleeping thing at night. Some days I regain patience as I know this will pass, but nights like last night, he was up every 1.5 hrs like clock work, I lose sight of things, and all patience. I love to sleep, and it makes it difficult having to get up with Braven in the morning, and have some energy to entertain and play with him. I've been told over and over again, that this is normal for a breastfed baby, I seem to disagree. I guess we were really truely blessed with Braven when he was a baby.

Ryan left Sunday for some training for work. So the boys and I have been alone since then. Ryan will fly back in to Kalispell on Saturday, and then returns back to work on Sunday. I'm more exhausted than normal, as its hard work staying with these two 24 hours a day, and as many of you know, Mr. Bridger isn't the best sleeper yet. In time it will get better, I have faith. These past days have been going well for us. We ran errands on Monday, stayed home on Tuesday, Wednesday we went to the Riverwalk as it was 49 degrees outside, Thursday we hosted playgroup at our house, and Friday I have to work alittle in the afternoon, so Braven will be going over to Kyler's, and then we're having supper over there and going to hangout for awhile, Saturday, DADDY comes home! Ryan is leaving again the first week in Febuary for another training. Hopefully by then Bridger will be at least sleeping 3 hours at a time at night.

Nothing too much has been going on in our household, since my last post. We have great weather last week, while everyone in North Dakota was sitting in -40, we were 40 above. But, now we're getting below zero weather, although today was 20 above. Anyways, we started up our mommy/baby playgroup this week, after acouple weeks off due to the holidays. So that was nice to chat with all the mom's and have all the kids play together. Bridger is now 7 weeks old, changing everyday. Braven has taken an interest in helping me bake and cook.

WOW! 2010. Another year has come and gone. We're very excited to see what this year has to offer our family. We're planning a trip back to North Dakota sometime in the next month. And Ryan and I are talking of hopefully/maybe getting out to New York for a wedding. And just enjoying our boys and watching them grow ever so fast every day. Last night we went over to our friends house for supper, and to play Wii. We stayed there til 11pm, and Braven and Kyler were still playing strong. We came home and put Braven to bed, and Ryan, Bridger, and I rang in the new year, and then I flew to bed. Bridger seems to be getting alittle better with the night time sleeping, so i'm anxious to see what the next few weeks bring. Hope everyone had a good New Years Eve. And that 2010 is another great year for everyone.

The boys ended the day by playing their new Cabela's hunting game for the Wii. Daddy's already getting them ready for their love of hunting they will have once they get older. Well, Braven already loves hunting, animals, and guns, and I'm sure Bridger will be the same way.

Merry Christmas

Tonight, as the boys and I sat on the couch, I started thinking about how truely blessed I am to have a great husband, and two beautiful and healthy boys. Tonight it was Braven, Bridger, and Mommy, while Daddy slept downstairs, preparing himself for a week of the dreaded midnight shift. But, so very thankful he has a job. Braven is feeling alittle under the weather. It appears he's getting a cold. He's running a temperature, and just doesn't feel well. Hopefully he sleeps well tonight. We opened some of our gifts while Ryan's parents where here last week, and tomorrow we're going to see what Santa brings, and open the rest of our gifts. Well, as you can see, I started this post last night and am just now finishing it. Santa was good to both the boys, and we finished opening the rest of the gifts. From my family, the boys got lots of matching clothes. I've been looking for something matching for them, and have not been able to find anything in Kalispell. So I was thrilled. After gift opening, we ate an egg bake and pancakes, and watch a new movie of Bravens. Now all three boys are sleeping. Hope everyone had a good Christmas, I know we sure did. We're excited to see what 2010 brings for our family!

We took the boys today to the mall in Kalispell, to meet Santa. Braven climbed right up on his lap, and was ready for the picture right away. Bridger was alittle fussy, but we did get a good picture of them. Braven ended the meeting, by blowing kisses to Santa, and he returned the kiss. So cute. We're getting ready to open our presents, and getting excited for Santa to come.

Braven's birthday party was a big hit. We had about 10 people over including kids. The kids played and then we did cake and ice cream. The boys were really ready for that after playing hard with eachother. Then we did gifts. Braven mostly got things with wheels, which he loved. He woke up this morning, and went right for the toys. We gave Braven a big boy bed, with a "Lighting McQeen" bedset. Of course at naptime, he did just fine. Crawled right in his little bed, and went to sleep. It snowed all day yesterday and is still snowing. So we're planning on going outside, so look for those pictures sometime this week.

Its amazing how this little guy has changed our lives for the better. Its so hard to believe Braven is 2 year old. Where has the time gone? I am so thankful to God, that I've been able to stay at home with Braven over the past 2 years. I have been able to see him roll over, sit up, take his first steps, teach him his colors and shapes, and simply watch him explore his world. And now he's starting to talk, SLOWLY! Braven was such a good baby, and continues to be a good TODDLER and BIG BROTHER! We are so proud to be his parents.

WOW! Since Ryan went back to work on Monday, i've noticed i'm exhausted! Ryan is currently working the 4-12 shift, so by 5 o'clock, i've very tired, because i've been up with the boys since about 8. They are of course on different schedules. Usually when Braven goes down for his nap, Bridger is getting up from his. When Braven is getting up from his nap, Bridger is going down. So it will be nice in the next couple of months to get them on close to the same schedule. Bridger is doing pretty good at night. This week he's been getting up twice a nite, usually 12-1 and at 4, and then he's been getting up around 8. He's sleeping between 3-4 hours at a time. So, Ryan and I are both sleep deprived, but we're enjoying this time we have with the boys. Because before we know it, they're going to be in school, and this will all be memories.

Parade of Lights

We had our friends over for supper last night, and then we all went downtown for the parade of lights, and to meet Santa. It was lightly snowing, making it just beautiful outside. As you can see in the picture below, Braven was not scared of Santa by any means. Then after meeting Santa, we all came back to our house, and just hung out for awhile.

Tis the Season

We went out on Monday to cut down our christmas tree. Braven sure enjoyed himself. Tonight we finally finished decorating the tree. I remembered to bring our christmas decorations back with us when we were home in May. It was so much fun looking at them. Ryan's Grandma gives christmas ornaments for christmas. We have one that says, "The engagement year", my "First hunt". Ryan and I enjoyed ourselves looking at the ones that are written on. Hard to believe its been 9 years since we first started dating. Braven sure was into decorating the tree, he put one ornament on, and then told either Ryan or I where to put the rest. We have also decorated the outside of our house this year with lights, wreaths, and more lights. As Braven says, "WOW"! It looks nice. Now its to find time to start wrapping the gifts.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving this year. We were invited over to some friends for supper, Ryan smoked the turkey, and our friends prepared everything else, which was alot, and very good. We have so much to be thankful for: Our marriage, Bridger, Braven, Ryan's job, health insurance, sleepless nights, my dad's stem cell transplant, and him being cancer free, all our family back home, living in beautiful Montana, naps, watching the boys bond, being in a house full of BOYS, and most importantly we are thankful for our health, and our little family!

Ryan got his first kill of the season. And the season is done next week. He was pretty excited with this kill, a nice mule deer. Ryan and his friend Jeremy went out yesterday, and they were both able to kill a nule deer. So they are now both hanging in the garage, and Braven is enjoying it very much.

We started our day off Saturday by going to Kalispell to do some shopping. We picked up some baby stuff, and did just our regular shopping. We ate at applebee's and then headed home. Once we got home, we got Braven ready, and we went over to Grandpa Phil's and Grandma Cindy's house, and of course he got spoiled. All their grandchildren live in Idaho, so Braven was the only one that went to their house. Then she sent us over to two of her neighbors houses. Then we went on to the school for a festival party. Several of the local churches but on a festival with food and games, and then to end the night, we went "TRUNKER TREATING". Only in Eureka, Montana! There were about 10 vehicles, including an ambulance, and the trunks were full of CANDY! Braven's basket was full and heavy. It was fun, and Braven really enjoyed himself. Now we're into NOVEMBER! YEAH! 22 more days, not like i'm counting. I started going every week to the midwives, and as of last week, it doesn't look like i'll be getting induced. People have been telling Ryan to put the snow tires on, because i'll probably go into labor when there is a snow storm, and have to drive 60 miles through the mountains. I can see why he's alittle nervous! I'm excited for the rush of it all. Cindy did tell me that she is going to be gone the 14th and 15th watching grandkids, so i can't go on those days. I do have 3 backups though for Braven. I'm anxious to see what these next few weeks hold for us!
